In order for GOTeHomes to submit and offer on a house, we first need our customers to be pre-approved for a mortgage. Either send us a pre-approval letter from a lender or allow our experts at GOTeHomeLoans to help you finance your purchase. Once you are pre-approved for a mortgage, GOTeHomes will accompany you to as many houses as you would like to visit. We completely understand that this is about your home and your life. experts will now 5. When Your Offer is Accepted
Once your offer is accepted by the seller, we use our proprietary QuickClose HomeBuying system to expertly manage your closing and ensure your closing proceeds as smoothly as possibly. If you are using GOTeHomeLoans for your mortgage, your Homebuying SpecialistSM will order appraisal and title on the property (to make sure the home is worth what you are paying, and there are no third-party claims on title), and begin preparing your loan application for underwriting. Your HomeBuying SpecialistSM will continually update you on the status of your loan, and keep you informed on the details of settlement.
In a real estate transaction, the buyer’s agent receives his/her commission from the selling agent. As a buyer, you never pay a commission to your real estate agent. But that doesn’t mean you’re not entitled to that commission for doing a lot of the work! At GOTeHomes, we rebate you 35% of the commission we receive from the selling agent. Typically, but not always, the selling agent equally splits his/her commission with the buying agent. So, if the selling agent is receiving a 6% commission from the seller, the selling agent will typically pay the buying agent half of that, or 3%. On a $500,000 purchase, that’s $15,000. Your GOTeHomes rebate would be 35% of that $15,000, or $5,250! GOTeHomes pays this to you at closing, for you to apply towards closing costs, your down payment, or even to your own pocket as cash in hand! |
