GOTeHomes- The Process

Some real estate firms leave the entire home finding process completely up to you. They just simply submit an offer on your behalf. GOTeHomes helps you through the entire simplified home buying process.

2. When You are Ready to Purchase

In order for GOTeHomes to submit and offer on a house, we first need our customers to be pre-approved for a mortgage. Either send us a pre-approval letter from a lender or allow our experts at GOTeHomeLoans to help you finance your purchase. 3. Appointments

Once you are pre-approved for a mortgage, GOTeHomes will accompany you to as many houses as you would like to visit. We completely understand that this is about your home and your life. Nothing can be more important to you than this. Our HomeBuying Specialists^SM will happily show you as many houses as you would like to visit. It takes time to find that place you will call home.

4. Make An Offer

You search the internet, visited some houses and are now ready to make an offer on your new home. GOTeHomes' HomeBuying experts will now complete your offer, send it to you for your review and signature, and then present your offer to the seller. We expertly manage your offer, notifying you as to where your offer stands. Your offer may be accepted, countered or rejected. Of course if your offer is accepted, fantastic! In the event that your offer is countered or rejected, we then assist you in countering with another offer if that is your objective, or possibly help you in finding another home. Either way, we are by your side throughout the entire process. Home Buying…simplified.

5. When Your Offer is Accepted

Once your offer is accepted by the seller, we use our proprietary QuickClose HomeBuying system to expertly manage your closing and ensure your closing proceeds as smoothly as possibly. If you are using GOTeHomeLoans for your mortgage, your Homebuying Specialist^SM will order appraisal and title on the property (to make sure the home is worth what you are paying, and there are no third-party claims on title), and begin preparing your loan application for underwriting. Your HomeBuying Specialist^SM will continually update you on the status of your loan, and keep you informed on the details of settlement.

6. Your GOTeHomes 35% Rebate

In a real estate transaction, the buyer’s agent receives his/her commission from the selling agent. As a buyer, you never pay a commission to your real estate agent. But that doesn’t mean you’re not entitled to that commission for doing a lot of the work! At GOTeHomes, we rebate you 35% of the commission we receive from the selling agent. Typically, but not always, the selling agent equally splits his/her commission with the buying agent. So, if the selling agent is receiving a 6% commission from the seller, the selling agent will typically pay the buying agent half of that, or 3%. On a $500,000 purchase, that’s $15,000. Your GOTeHomes rebate would be 35% of that $15,000, or $5,250! GOTeHomes pays this to you at closing, for you to apply towards closing costs, your down payment, or even to your own pocket as cash in hand!
